Aaron Rail is proud to announce Ian Douglas as its Employee of the Month for April.

Ian’s outstanding performance and exemplary conduct during our Transpenine Route Upgrade works have earned him this recognition, along with a £50 gift voucher.

Ian, who served as the COSS for the supplier walkout on the project, demonstrated exceptional leadership and professionalism throughout the event.

He effectively managed a large group of senior leaders from both Amey and the supply chain, ensuring a smooth and productive visit. Additionally, Ian took the initiative to mentor a junior team member, known as a Blue Hat, using his experience to educate and support their development.
