Going Beyond
We aim to nurture new talent through our apprenticeship programme, and work with local schools and colleges, training providers and industry bodies to generate wider interest in the industry and inspire women, BAME, and other groups to work within our sector.
We also help our employees go beyond their day-to-day duties as part of their personal development, actively encouraging them to engage with local good causes and charitable events.
We understand that health and wellbeing play a huge role in our employees’ lives and that a healthy body and mind supports a better work and home life. As such we encourage our people to live healthier lives through initiatives such as cycling to work, flexible working and workplace fatigue management.
