• Business Unit Cost Plan Production and Commentary
• Production of Applications for Payment
• Management of Business Risk
• Tender Enquiry Production and Evaluation
• Review and submission of tenders
• Production of Actual Cost & Accruals
• Subcontract Management
• Main Contract Administration
• Issuing and management of Purchase Orders
• Procurement and Strategic Development
• Staff, Labour and Plant rate Card Assessment
• Commercial management of all clients
