JOB DESCRIPTION

Aaron Rail is currently looking to hire 8 x Controller of Site Safety/Safe Work Leader 2 (COSS/SWL2) on a minimum of 4 years, full time basis (40 hours minimum per week) to work within our highly successful teams between Leeds and Mirfield.

Aaron Rail is an engineering support services provider for a number of key projects within the UK and is involved in enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the rail and light rail sectors.

Criteria:

-Must not exceed 60 minutes travel time in either direction (Working location is Mirfield to Leeds)
-Must hold a minimum of 5 years ES/SWL2 experience on complex worksites with multiple OTP/OTM/Eng trains
Display good behaviours and willing to undertake office or supporting services whilst on days if we have no possessions (not cleaning duties)
-Work XMAS, New Year and other holidays
-Hold a UK driving licence
-Have the ability to walk on ballast, onboard engineering trains, undertake manual handling, sweep a worksite and place marker boards

Competency / Qualifications Required:

-PTS
-COSS/SWL2
-AC/DCCR
-Track Induction
-Driving Licence (essential)

Ability to commute/relocate:

-Leeds, West Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

-COSS/SWL2 – 5 years (required)

-Licence/Certification:

-PTS (required)
-COSS/SWL2 (required)
-Driving Licence (required)
