Key Accountabilities

  • Provide administrational support within Aaron Access Limited Fire & Security division
  • Training & support will be given on the below duties 

 

Key Objectives of the job:

Scheduling:

  • Assist to ensure all types of jobs are allocated to engineers and subcontractors according to contractual SLA’s
  • Ensure engineers receive work in a timely manner and are aware of job requirements
  • Manage all open jobs until completion including but not limited to:
  • raising purchase orders to contractors
  • raising purchase orders for required parts/materials/hire equipment
  • chase parts availability and ensure delivery to site
  • regular communication with engineers, subcontractors and client
  • regular system updates to reflect job status at every stage
  • reschedule jobs where required
  • arrange appointments with client where required
  • deal with any queries/escalations and respond accordingly

Operational:

  • Track and monitor PPM completion to ensure statutory compliance in line with contractual agreements
  • Allocate sub-contractor works (all job types) and ensure job completion within SLA
  • Escalate risks and issues that affect achievement of PPM / reactive delivery and performance
  • Liaise with other teams where required to ensure job completion to customer satisfaction
  • Escalate any identified issues to line management and seek advice when needed
  • Work within given guidelines and company processes and procedures
  • Manage additional ad hoc tasks given by management

Customer Service:

  • Familiarisation with relevant customers’ environments and contractual requirements
  • Foster excellent relationships with engineering teams, suppliers and external customers
  • Manage health and safety in conjunction with organisational support systems to ensure a safe working environment
 
 
 
 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19 to £23k, DOE
