The directors are delighted to present their strategic report for the year ended 31 March 2022.
Business Review
Aaron Access Limited is a multi-skilled gate automation and access control company. The company provides automatic gates, access control & entry systems, CCTV, turnstiles, bollards, barriers, building support services to the FM industry, and specialist fire & security alert and protection systems.
Aaron Access has consciously invested for growth in the last three years and recruited several key personnel to build new operating divisions and expand the company’s range of services.
The company has three main trading divisions, each of which has grown substantially in the last three years:
Aaron Access – gate automation, entry systems, barriers, fencing and all types of controlled access.
Aaron FM – end-to-end specialist services and building projects to support the FM industry.
Aaron Fire & Security (F&S) – specialist security alert and fire protection systems.
As a direct result of the investment in new teams, turnover has increased by more than 500% over the last three years. The company has teams of skilled engineers operating nationwide and offers a 24-hr emergency call out service.
The company has multi-year framework agreements with a number of leading infrastructure businesses, and we continually invest in training and development to improve our service offering and provide market-leading support to our clients throughout the UK.

Aaron Access Limited is a leading member of Aaron Engineering Group Limited, a multi-disciplined group of companies providing expert services, resource & solutions to the Property, Rail, & HV electrical sectors in the UK.
Aaron Access works closely with its sister companies Aaron Rail Limited and Aaron HV Systems Limited to offer a range of expertise beyond access control & property services.
