We are pleased to announce Oladokun Olatunde as our Employee of the Month for March. Oladokun joined Aaron Rail as a blue hat on one of our recent blockades, having completed his PTS through a Government-funded bootcamp scheme.

Oladokun’s journey with Aaron Rail began with determination and enthusiasm. From day one, he immersed himself in his responsibilities, quickly grasping tasks and seamlessly integrating into the team.

His commitment to safety and efficiency shone through as he navigated the challenges associated with manual handling of cables and trough lids.

His Site Supervisor commended Oladokun’s work ethic: “Oladokun started work immediately, and soon grasped the task in hand and worked well with the team. He overcame the hazards associated with the manual handling of cables and trough lids through safe working practices and good communication from him and the team. Even though he was a blue hat, he was not scared to get stuck in and take the lead in some of the tasks.”
